Be inspired to keep active, healthy and feeling good in later life?
An event aimed at older people and especially those that are not that active.
It offers a great chance to try in a friendly, fun and supportive atmosphere, a range of activities and participate in a Functional Fitness ‘MOT’ with the aim to support people moving on to regular activity.
There will also be a run/ walk in aid of British Lung Foundation starting from the OCRA Pavilion at 9.30 on this day and then people can also engage with the Health & Wellbeing event at Parklands.
